These Offer Terms govern your participation in any promotional offer FinLoom LLC ("we," "us," or "our") makes available through the FinLoom platform at finloom.io. By redeeming any promotional offer, you agree to these Offer Terms in addition to our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In case of conflict between these Offer Terms and our Terms of Service, these Offer Terms control with respect to the specific promotional offer being redeemed.
What you get: 30 days of free access to FinLoom P3 Finance and AI Pro.
After the trial: Your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan at $79.98/month ($49.99 P3 Finance + $29.99 AI Pro), charged to the payment method you provided at signup.
Offer expires: June 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. New enrollments after this date will not be accepted.
The FIRSTMONTHFREE trial is available only to first-time paying customers of FinLoom. You are not eligible if you currently have an active paid subscription, have previously had a paid subscription that was canceled, or have previously redeemed this or any equivalent free trial offer from FinLoom. Eligibility is determined by reference to your Stripe customer record and is enforced automatically at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment if we determine that you do not meet eligibility requirements or that your participation would be inconsistent with the intent of the offer.
You must provide a valid payment method (credit or debit card) at the time you enroll in the trial. Your card will not be charged during the 30-day trial period unless you actively upgrade or modify your subscription before the trial ends. On day 31 (the day after your trial concludes), we will charge your payment method $79.98 plus any applicable taxes, and we will continue to bill that amount monthly until you cancel.
You may cancel at any time during the 30-day trial period and you will not be charged. To cancel, sign in to your FinLoom account, go to your Settings page, and click "Cancel Subscription" in the Subscription & Billing section. Cancellation is processed immediately within FinLoom. Your access to FinLoom P3 Finance and AI Pro will end at the conclusion of the original trial period. No partial refunds apply because no charge has occurred.
If your trial converts to a paid subscription on day 31 and you cancel afterward, the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access until that date, and no partial refund will be issued for the remainder of the cycle in which you cancel. This follows the standard cancellation policy described in our Terms of Service, Section 4.
You may redeem this trial only once. Attempts to create multiple accounts or use multiple payment methods to obtain repeated free trials of the same or similar offer are not permitted and may result in termination of the offer and any associated accounts.
The FIRSTMONTHFREE trial has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit toward other FinLoom products, or exchanged for any other offer. The trial covers only the P3 Finance and AI Pro products. Other FinLoom products (P1 Inventory, P2 Freelance, P4 Pricing Intel) are not included in this offer and remain subject to their standard pricing.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time, including the FIRSTMONTHFREE trial, for any reason and without prior notice. If we terminate an offer before its scheduled expiration date, customers who have already enrolled and are mid-trial will continue under the offer terms as enrolled (their trial will run its full original duration and convert as described above). New enrollments will not be accepted after termination.
From time to time, FinLoom may run additional promotional offers (percentage-off coupons, extended trials, bundle promotions, etc.). When such offers are made available, the specific terms governing each offer will be provided at the point of enrollment. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, future offers are independent of the FIRSTMONTHFREE trial and require separate eligibility verification. Redeeming a prior offer does not entitle you to redeem subsequent offers.
Your payment card information is collected and processed by our payment processor, Stripe, in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. FinLoom does not store your card number or CVV directly. During the 30-day trial period, your card may be subject to a temporary $0 authorization to verify validity. This authorization does not result in any charge to your account. The full $79.98 charge occurs only on day 31, if you have not canceled before then.
The $79.98 monthly price is exclusive of any applicable sales tax, value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), or other taxes that may apply based on your billing address. We will collect and remit applicable taxes as required by law. Any taxes charged are in addition to the listed price.
Promotional offers are provided "as is" and we make no representations or warranties about the suitability of any feature included in the offer for your particular use case. Standard Service warranties and disclaimers from our Terms of Service apply to your use of the platform during and after any trial period.
Promotional offers, including the FIRSTMONTHFREE trial, are available to customers in the United States. We may make offers available to customers in other jurisdictions; eligibility for international customers will be disclosed at the point of enrollment. Customers are responsible for compliance with any laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.
These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Offer Terms is subject to the dispute resolution procedures set out in our Terms of Service.
