For Multi-Location Optometry Groups
Every practice on one P&L.
You run three, eight, maybe twenty optometry practices under one group. Ask which one made the most money last month and you still can't answer it without a manual export from every location. FinLoom rolls every practice into one consolidated P&L, no matter where your numbers live.
White-glove onboarding · works alongside RevolutionEHR, Eyefinity, Crystal PM & Compulink · no patient data, ever
The question your systems can't answer
Your operational data lives in a practice management system. Your books live somewhere too. Both do their jobs well. But the moment you want all of your practices lined up on a single page, with revenue, gross margin, and net income side by side, you hit a wall none of those systems was built to cross.
So the rollup gets done by hand. Someone exports each practice, reconciles the categories, and rebuilds the comparison every single month. By the time the consolidated view exists, the month is over and an underperforming location has had weeks to keep sliding. Groups that are actively acquiring feel it worst: every new practice arrives with its own chart of accounts and its own way of booking exam revenue, optical, and cost of goods, and the monthly rollup gets slower exactly when the group needs it faster.
It doesn't matter where your numbers live
Optometry groups rarely keep their numbers in one place. One practice's books sit in QuickBooks with the group's accountant, another came in through an acquisition on Xero, and the operational side runs on RevolutionEHR, Eyefinity, Crystal PM, or Compulink, often a different one per practice.
FinLoom meets your numbers wherever they are. If a practice keeps its books in QuickBooks, connect it directly for one-click sync. On Xero, or working from files your accountant produces? Import the practice-level financial statements in the format you already keep them. Either way, the data stays where it lives today, and the consolidation happens on top.

Works with what you already run
Your practice management system keeps running your practices. Your accounting keeps your books. FinLoom is the financial planning layer that sits on top, reads practice-level financials, and finally puts every location on one page. Nothing about how your practices operate changes.
No patient data, by design
FinLoom reads practice-level financial statements only. It does not ingest, store, or process patient data of any kind. Consolidation runs on aggregate, general-ledger-level financials: revenue, expenses, and margins by practice. Patient records, exam charts, claims, and patient-level reports stay where they belong, inside your practice management system.
Clinical and operational metrics stay there too. Exam volume, optical sales detail, and insurance workflows live in the systems built for them. FinLoom covers the financial side of the group: consolidated P&L, per-practice margin, revenue mix, budget vs actual, forecasting, cash flow, and board-ready summaries.

How it works
1Bring the data you already have
Connect a practice's QuickBooks directly for one-click sync, or import practice-level financial statements from Xero or from the files your accountant already produces. Aggregate financials only, never patient-level data. No switching, no rip-and-replace.
2We map and consolidate it
During white-glove onboarding we wire up your imports and map every practice into the parent P&L. Professional revenue, optical, cost of goods, and operating expenses land in the right place for every location, even when each practice arrived with its own chart of accounts.
3HQ sees everything, managers see their practice
Open one page and the whole group is there: consolidated P&L, every practice side by side, budget vs actual, forecasts, and a weekly AI brief. Each practice manager logs in to just their location.
Built for groups, from a few practices to a large regional platform
FinLoom's parent-and-child consolidation scales as you add locations or acquire practices. Whether you run three offices or a regional platform, every practice rolls up under one HQ view.
Onboarding is white-glove
The multi-location tier is sales-led and includes a typical four-week, white-glove setup. We don't hand you a blank app. We map your practices, connect your imports, and stand up your consolidated view and per-practice comparison with you, so the first time you log in, the whole group is already there.
Common questions
Do I have to switch off RevolutionEHR, Eyefinity, Crystal PM, or Compulink?
No. FinLoom sits on top of the systems you already run. Your practice management system keeps running your practices and your accounting keeps your books. FinLoom reads practice-level financial statements and rolls every practice into one consolidated P&L. Nothing about your operations changes.
Does FinLoom touch patient data?
No. FinLoom reads practice-level financial statements only. It does not ingest, store, or process patient data of any kind. Consolidation runs on aggregate, general-ledger-level financials, never patient records, exam charts, claims, or patient-level reports.
Can FinLoom separate exam revenue from optical and contact lenses?
Yes, at the financial-statement level. If your books track professional, optical, and contact lens revenue as separate lines, FinLoom carries those lines through consolidation so you can compare the revenue mix across practices. It reads what your general ledger already separates, not product-level or patient-level detail.
What if my practices don't use QuickBooks?
FinLoom meets your numbers wherever they live. It connects directly to QuickBooks, imports from Xero, and imports practice-level financial statement exports from whatever combination of systems your group keeps its books in. You bring the data in the format you already keep it.
How many practices can FinLoom handle?
From a few practices to a large regional group or platform. Parent-and-child consolidation rolls up every practice under one HQ view while keeping each location's detail, so it scales as you grow or acquire.
How long does setup take?
The multi-location tier includes white-glove onboarding with a typical four-week setup. We map your practices, wire up your imports, and stand up your consolidated view with you.
